“I tell them dance begins when a moment of hurt combines with a moment of boredom. I tell them it’s the body’s reaching, bringing air to itself. I tell them that it’s the heart’s triumph, the victory speech of the feet, the refinement of animal lunge and flight, the purest metaphor of tribe and self.”

You are a legend David Bowie. We are left with your influence, genius and legacy. Goodnight my Goblin King, my Star Captain, my Rebel Rebel,   the one who helped us see beyond.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I’ve spent time over the years changing my words to equate a larger self worth and saw an exponential growth and quality in the output of my art and work. Most recently one I love, that Maxi Millions posted was - “This is not just a community, but an industry.” Both identifiers are important, but each carries specific connotations. Both are important and part of our art form, but each insinuates a specific quality with different, but linked, outputs.
Thinking about your end goal of a project while in the creative process, might help guide your end result more specifically.
Community - a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.
Industry - any general business activity; commercial enterprise: hard work

“In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest where no-one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art.”

Delicate flow. Ferocious focus.
As the calendar year draws to a close I’m organizing the peripheral, cleaning dark corners and revisiting intentional goals. I’m honoring successes, accepting struggles and clearing paths. I’m steeping in the deep abundance of experiences and memories, while cultivating a myriad of prosperity. I’m bathing where the cup runneth over so I may nourish where my opportunities lie.
I wish you strength in your pursuits this coming year - may your courage to succeed come in the form of reflective armour, so you may be protected but also light the way.

You think you’ve seen her naked because she took her clothes off? Tell me about her dreams. Tell me what breaks her heart. What is she passionate about, and what makes her cry? Tell me about her childhood. Better yet, tell me one story about her that you’re not in.

You’ve seen her skin, and you’ve touched her body. But you still know as much about her as a book you once found, but never got around to opening.

“The dance of the goddess Ame-no-Uzume grew wilder as she recalled a thousand orgasms she had enjoyed: her nipples stiffened and she felt her sex open when she remembered the phalluses of the countless lovers who had penetrated her. When at last she brought herself to the crisis, she opened her clothes to reveal herself to the Kami: wet to the knees, her sex throbbing with joy."

A longing to be drunk on your poetry, the sabotaging elixir of your mouth combine with an unrecognizable contortion of my back, is heavy today.
The weight that words can’t speak.
Translation found only in clenched fists, traverse hips and eyes that glean time. The poetry you can drink like it’s milked form the stars, poetry that sputters the mind raw, poetry that exhausts the body beyond bare.
Recite for me, until weight is an abstract concept and only thirst remains.

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along into the answer.
~ Rainer Maria Rilke
